Meet Mikayla

Mikayla Lewis began her journey at Strong Foundations in 2021 and currently serves as the Front Office Assistant. She is actively pursuing a bachelors in Physical Education at Eastern Connecticut State University and has a strong passion for working with and teaching children. During her time at Strong Foundations, Mikayla has discovered a deep enthusiasm for youth development. She has had the rewarding opportunity to coach a local Middle School cheerleading squad, allowing her to further engage with children in a leadership and mentorship role. Looking ahead, Mikayla aims to continue her studies in Physical Education, with a focus on fostering movement competency, promoting physical fitness, and encouraging positive lifelong attitudes toward physical activity. Outside of work and her studies, Mikayla enjoys exploring the amazing sites of New York City, painting, staying active through exercise, and embracing being a Swiftie.
