Victoria Ryan, M.S., BCBA is a Clinical Consultant at Strong Foundations. She received her Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas (Denton, TX). Victoria has over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Her experience includes laboratory based research, in-home services, residential facilities, specialized private schools, and public schools. She has worked with individuals across all age ranges and ability categories.
In 2004, Victoria was published in The Psychological Record for her work on schedules of reinforcement and their effects on skill acquisition. She has presented her research on schedules of reinforcement, as well as systems and staff supervision in behavior analysis at multiple conferences across the country. Victoria was a teaching fellow at the University of North Texas and also developed a 10-week staff training and development series on the key components for servicing children on the autism spectrum in the public school system. She has spent the last 9 years participating in the redevelopment and design of continuums of service for children with autism spectrum and related disorders as well as children with emotional/behavioral difficulties in the public school setting. She is passionate about building the capacity of professionals in systematic, research based interventions to maximize individual student growth and success.
When not at work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and son. They enjoy traveling around the country visiting family. She looks forward to her annual trip to the beaches of Southern North Carolina where she and her family spend their days playing in the sun and sand.
