Meet Jessica

Jessica Baldera started her career here at Strong Foundations in 2021 as a preschool instructor. She is currently the Front Office Administrator and the Inventory Coordinator here at Strong alongside being the building substitute.

Jessica has an Associate of Science in Child Development and Early Childhood Education, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Early Education Leadership. Jessica has been in the education field for over 12 years working with children between six months to eight years old. Before Strong Foundations, she was the Curriculum Director at a private school outside of Boston. She has been a preschool and Kindergarten teacher here at Strong in addition to being a Registered Behavioral Technician.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her family. Her favorite sport is hockey and she takes her son to his practices. Her family is big Boston Bruins fans. She loves to draw and paint, and she is also a Disney lover at heart. Outside of school, you can catch her outside enjoying the New England weather by a fire and with her dogs and chickens.
