Erin Flanagan is a Lead ABA Therapist at Strong Foundations. She received her Bachelors in Cognitive Science from the University of Connecticut. She is currently working toward her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Western Connecticut State University. Erin has 2 years of experience in the field of ABA and 10 years of experience working with individuals with multiple disabilities. She has worked in various settings including center-based, community, and in-home settings.
Erin has worked with a variety of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, Asperger’s syndrome, and related behavioral and social challenges of various ages from preschool through adulthood. In her time dedicated to the implementation of ABA, she has developed individualized behavioral, social, daily living, and academic programs within the center, community, and home settings. Erin is passionate and dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and their families affected by autism spectrum disorders and related disabilities through ABA.
Outside of work, Erin loves going to the movies with friends as well as visiting her father and brother in New Jersey. She also loves to travel around the United States and hopes to visit every state one day.
