Lead ABA Therapist
Brianna Johnson is a Lead ABA Therapist at Strong Foundations. She received her Bachelors of Art from UConn (Go Huskies!) in Human Development and Family Studies in 2009. Brianna recently completed the coursework towards her BCaBA through the University of North Texas and is currently finishing her supervision requirements.
Brianna began her career and love for ABA at the New England Center for Children in Framingham, MA. Since then, she has worked for over 9 years with children all over Connecticut, in multiple settings, such as in-home programs, community based learning, and supporting public schools.
Brianna has worked with a variety of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit disorders, social/emotional disorders, and general behavior challenges. Brianna has developed and implemented functional behavior assessments and corresponding plans, academic programming, and social skill programs for many students ranging from preschool to high school ages. Brianna is devoted to the belief that Applied Behavior Analysis and its systematic approach can not only be beneficial to all young learners, but to their continued success throughout their whole lives.
Outside of work, Brianna recently got married! Together, with her new husband, they are looking forward to their first trip outside of the United States to Jamaica! They also enjoy spending time with their friends and family watching, playing, or doing anything that involves sports (Go Yankees!).
