Christine Rebelo is the Supervisor of behavior services at Strong Foundations. She received her Masters of Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Fitchburg State University (Fitchburg, Massachusetts). Christine has over 16 years of experience in the field of ABA. She has worked in various settings including public school, community, and in-home settings.
Christine has worked with a variety of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, Asperger’s syndrome, and related behavioral and social challenges of various ages from preschool through high school. In her time dedicated to the implementation of ABA, she has developed individualized behavioral, social, daily living, and academic programs within public school, community, and home settings. In addition, she has provided parent training to bridge the gap between school and home in an effort to generalize skills learned. Christine is passionate and dedicated to the thoughtful application of the principles and strategies based in Applied Behavior Analysis and the meaningful differences it makes in the lives of individuals and their families.
Outside of work, Christine loves spending time with her boyfriend, their three dogs, and her horse. Together with her boyfriend, Christine is renovating a farm house in Coventry, CT. and will soon have a small farm with horses, goats, chickens, ducks and, of course, a donkey.
